2. Service Completion and Payment

Our standard practice is:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We conduct a final walkthrough with the customer before considering work complete
  • Any concerns should be addressed immediately upon service completion
  • We provide photo documentation of completed work when applicable

3. Workmanship Issues

If you experience issues with our workmanship:

  • Contact us immediately to report the issue
  • We will return to assess and correct any problems at no additional charge
  • If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will discuss appropriate remedies
  • Workmanship issues must be reported within 30 days of service completion

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Services not performed as agreed upon
  • Significant workmanship defects that cannot be corrected
  • Services cancelled before work begins (full refund of any deposits)
  • Inability to complete services due to our fault or negligence

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Services completed satisfactorily according to the agreed scope
  • Customer dissatisfaction with results that meet industry standards
  • Issues caused by customer negligence or failure to maintain gutters
  • Normal wear and tear after service completion
  • Weather-related delays or rescheduling
  • Changes in customer preferences after work is completed

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of service completion
  2. Provide detailed information about your concerns
  3. Allow us the opportunity to inspect and attempt to resolve the issue
  4. If a refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be appropriate when:

  • Only a portion of the agreed services were not completed satisfactorily
  • Minor issues affect a small part of the overall work
  • Customer accepts completed work with acknowledged deficiencies
  • Materials or services can be partially recovered or reused

7. Emergency Services

For emergency gutter repair services:

  • Emergency service calls are non-refundable once our team is dispatched
  • If we cannot resolve the emergency issue, we will not charge for unsuccessful repair attempts
  • Emergency stabilization work is charged separately from permanent repairs
  • Customers will be informed of all charges before emergency work begins

8. Material and Equipment

Regarding materials and equipment:

  • Custom-ordered materials cannot be returned and are non-refundable
  • Standard materials may be refundable if unused and in original condition
  • Equipment rental fees are non-refundable once services begin
  • Material defects covered by manufacturer warranties will be handled accordingly

9. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve all issues through direct communication. If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, we encourage you to:

  • Request a meeting with our management team
  • Provide additional documentation of your concerns
  • Consider mediation through local business organizations
  • Contact relevant licensing boards if applicable

10. Prevention and Communication

To prevent issues that might lead to refund requests:

  • We provide detailed estimates and scope of work before beginning
  • We communicate any changes or additional needs during the service
  • We conduct thorough final inspections with customers
  • We provide maintenance recommendations to extend the life of our work
